Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TripDwar. By booking a trip with us or participating in any of our tours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Trip Coordinator & Guide

  • A designated tour guide/coordinator will assist you throughout the journey.
  • TripDwar reserves the right to change, replace, or assign a different guide at any time due to operational needs, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Responsibility & Liability

  • Our team will make every possible effort to assist you and ensure a smooth experience.
  • However, TripDwar is not responsible for any injury, accident, delay, loss, or mishappening arising from:
    • Natural events (weather conditions, landslides, floods, storms, etc.)
    • Situations beyond our control (vehicle breakdowns, traffic, government restrictions, third-party delays, etc.)
    • Your personal negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
  • TripDwar acts as a facilitator and trip organizer; therefore, we are not liable for events outside our operational control.

3. Nature of Assistance (No Hand-Holding Policy)

  • Our tour guide/coordinator will:
    • Assist you in reaching the designated sightseeing points.
    • Provide information, directions, and suggestions on what to explore.
    • Coordinate timings and ensure you know where to go next.
  • However, please note that TripDwar does not provide hand-holding or personalized one-to-one escorting at every spot.
    • You are expected to explore places independently once basic guidance is given.
    • The coordinator will be available nearby for support but will not accompany each person individually throughout the activity.
  • This ensures smooth management of the entire group and timely movement across locations.

4. Local Support Network

  • TripDwar maintains connections with trusted local people at various destinations.
  • In case of any mishappening or emergency, these local contacts can assist immediately and help us manage the situation faster.
  • This support helps ensure quicker response time and better safety handling, but it does not imply financial liability from TripDwar.

5. No Financial Compensation

  • In the event of an accident, medical emergency, personal loss, or any other unforeseen incident during the trip, our team will assist you to the best of our capability.
  • However, TripDwar does not provide any form of insurance, financial compensation, reimbursement, or monetary support for such incidents. Participants are advised to carry personal travel/medical insurance, if needed.

6. Itinerary Flexibility

  • All itineraries are subject to change based on weather, safety factors, local regulations, or unforeseen operational challenges.
  • Any modifications will be made prioritizing group safety and the overall quality of the trip.

7. Personal Belongings

  • Participants are solely responsible for their luggage, gadgets, cash, and personal items.
  • TripDwar is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the trip.

8. Conduct & Behaviour

  • Respectful behavior is mandatory toward fellow travelers, staff, and locals.
  • Any misconduct, harassment, or behavior that threatens group safety may result in removal from the trip without any refund.

9. Health & Fitness Requirements

  • By joining the trip, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for travel and any included activities.
  • Pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed to the coordinator in advance.
  • TripDwar is not responsible for health issues caused by altitude, weather, food, water, or physical exertion.

10. Alcohol & Substance Policy

  • Illegal substances or drugs are strictly prohibited on all trips.
  • Alcohol consumption must be responsible and as per accommodation/property guidelines.
  • TripDwar is not liable for consequences arising from irresponsible consumption.

11. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received.
  • All cancellations will follow TripDwar’s official cancellation and refund policy (to be listed separately if needed).
  • No refund will be provided in case of:
    • No-shows
    • Last-minute cancellations
    • Early departure from the trip
    • Removal due to misconduct

12. Media Consent

  • TripDwar may capture photos/videos during the trip for promotional purposes.
  • By participating, you grant permission for the use of such media on our website, social media, or marketing material unless you specifically request otherwise.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip, joining our group, or filling out our forms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
